I am NOT pulling a Neelix, thank you

And THAT title is the literal truth. I may wish I was pulling a Neelix, but I am not. (Readers may choose any definition of "pulling a Neelix" that they feel applies; the statement would hold its veracity under all definitions currently in my database.)
Last night, I do some more surfing, only to find that not one, but TWO web pages I currently frequent (and I can say with a high degree of certainty that their authors regularly visit this page as well) are now talking in riddles too. Then this morning, I find people elsewhere also being referred to with single letters of the alphabet. But not the same people, with the same corresponding letters, that I use here. At least I don't think so. That would be some feat if they were! (Probably requiring trans-state flights on a semi-daily/nightly basis, along with a Fight Club-eque memory swapping multiple personality situation for yours truly.)
I can't make this a long one, cause I'm going to be taking off in a few minutes. No, not the airport; the car dealership. My mentor correctly assumed ;) that coming from the right source, a gentle nudge in the proverbial ass (metaphorically speaking, of course), combined with a pointer along the lines of "Go here NOW" (note that "along the lines of" means it's not a direct quote), would be sufficient incentive to help me overcome my car dealer-phobia enough to actually visit a dealership. Mentors are cool when you have one like mine. :)
This is the first rambling typed into a mozilla cgi form. :) Yes, it handles the http auth stuff properly now. Bout time. :) The word wrapping on the text box is wierd though. And the widgets still seem sluggish. Still, a significant improvement over earlier builds. I'm counting the days until we can all dump the old 4.7 stuff for good! We'll see...
P.S. Or not. I'm having to go back and edit it to correct the spacing using 4.7. Seems that newlines don't count as spaces, so the last word of every line was running together with the first word of the following line. Ugggh. Maybe someday... :(
