So I didn't actually get into the code until almost a half hour later. Spent a bit of time harrassing bouncing about the newly discovered fact that when I tried to sync my rambling to rage, the database was no longer accepting socket connections. Doh! So we had to get that worked out, which bouncing managed to do.

Then it was back to the collective code. I'm afraid the last bit of code I hacked in to deal with browser caching is going to end up looking like... well... like somebody hacked it together in the last half hour prior to a release. ;)

So it is. But I think it works. Does the job nicely, in fact. Also, in case you hadn't noticed, a newly updated tarball is now available for those who are masochistic enough to peer inside.

Alright, it's after midnight. I've got work in the morning. I need my sleep. Who knows? Maybe if I'm lucky, the Great God(ess) of Dreams will return to bless me with more insights. We'll see.
