My sleep patterns lately are such that the word "patterns" might not even be appropriate. It's all random. Time is an artifical construct, designed to fool us and hide our eyes from the reality of who we are.

Beatallica is kicking my ass. While it's obviously over-the-top funny, the dead-on Hetfield vocal impersonation with the Black Album era instrumentation style sounds so authentic as to be spooky. I had almost forgotten why I fell in love with the sound of Metallica in the first place all those years ago. Now I am reminded again. "The Thing that Should Not Let It Be" is a masterpiece. Way to go Jaymz and Larz, or whoever they are.

Oh, and I love the sample they used in "Leper Madonna". It works. And "Hey Dude" is too sweet for words. I think I've become a fan.

I think maybe I'll do something productive now, despite it being nearly 6am. Yesterday, I was acting like such a slacker, maybe I can make up for it now. Who am I kidding? I'm a non-stop slacker all the time these days. Oh well...
