Well, despite the overall lack of content about it here so far, Megafest 2.1 happened more or less as planned. Yanthor, Anya, Humblik, Nemo, Jaeger, Kiesa, and I were the participants. It was excellent and fun, and there will be content from me about it. But first, I wanted to crank out the final chapter of the wedding epic while I was still feeling at least somewhat inspired to do so.
Trying to write in detail about stuff that happened over a year ago is like trying to get honey to flow out after it's been stored in a cold container all winter long. It's there, but it doesn't come easily or quickly. So I figured if it was going to happen, I better get it out before it froze completely.
There are also many things that I have to say about the events of the past week. I'm not sure how many of them will actually make it onto this web page. But for now, I'll suffice it to say that I am glad it happened.
I should probably sleep soon, even though I don't have a particular job to be at in the morning. A pseudo-revalation of sorts has told me that my life at this stage is in need of some serious course correction, though the exact remedy is not yet clear.
I'll endeavor to write more about the Megafest, as well as other matters, in more detail tomorrow. Always tomorrow.
