And here I was, thinking that tonight I'd type a typical rambling regarding mundane practical matters and crap at work. But instead, behold the insanity... It must be the sick music I've been subjecting myself to.
The Age of Wonders is upon us. We are nearing a vertex in time at which illusion and reality become indistinguishable, and, indeed, one in the same. That which is artifically created by digital means becomes so similar to the creation it is designed to simulate that they become one in the same. The dream world and the waking world are one.
It is at this time that concepts traditionally accepted as polar opposites have lost their distinction. God and Satan are, in fact, the same being. Heresy is Gospel. The difference between the two amounts to different marketing labels put on the same underlying product, slightly tweaked to appeal to different tastes, age groups, and generations. Coke or Pepsi. Which is your favorite?
Indeed, this unity has always been so, but the perceptual separation created by The Powers that Be so long ago served to obscure humanity's vision so that we would have the priviledge of experiencing this thing known as "life," and all the suffering it entails. Now, our eyes are about to be opened.
You are witnessing the unraveling of the veil. This is the point at which innocence is ironically restored though the process of experiencing utter hopelessness. For it is only when hopelessness becomes complete that one can truly let go. When this occurs on a mass scale, true Utopia can then flourish.
