Alright, brief cause I'm gonna go sleep soon...

bouncing was delayed today. This morning, just before we were going to go to the airport, mom got a call. Some moron rear-ended him on the way to the airport, causing him to miss his flight. Therefore, he had wait to see if there would be any empty seats on a later one. Luckily, there were.

Right about when I went to work, mom went to pick him up. So I didn't get to go along. :(

So anyway, after I got off work at midnight, I arrived to see that he was fast asleep on my mom's living room. Since I wanted to catch up on my online junk, I wandered over here. Now here I am.

As for statements made in last night's rambling, I've been doing some more thinking about it. Yes, obviously I was in a lousy mood. A realization came that part of the reason for this was that I had been thinking (consciously or subconsciously) about last Christmas, and how much things have changed since then.

1 year ago. One year ago, all four of us lived in the same town, and had jobs with reasonably good incomes. Yeah, there was a bit of an economic recession happening, but we weren't personally feeling it much at all, and a recovery was right around the corner, wasn't it? I had a job I liked, and had no reason to suspect it would go away anytime soon.

How times change!

So yeah... Anyway, I was feeling bummed out last night. Still am, to a certain degree. But life goes on.

There's more BS to say, but it can wait. I'm gonna go get some rest.
