The snow just doesn't stop falling outside. It's beautiful to the eyes, but worrysome when confronted with the thought that I need to have the rest of my stuff moved Real Real Soon. I'm attempting to wait at least until it stops falling before moving items. I may not be able to hold much longer though.

Strange. Yesterday, it was like a warm summer day. I wore shorts and felt perfectly comfortable walking outside in the sunshine. But today, it's nothing but white.

I did go out and pay a couple bills, dropped a change of address form at the post office, and wandered into the Temptation Zone where I got the new Tori disc. Scarlet's Walk. It may very well be the last disc ever to play over my speakers at this location. It's running right now. I'm gonna hold on any real commenting about it until I've listened at least a couple times, but I will say the ambience perfectly complements the first winter storm of the year.

Halfway through relaxing on the floor as I listened, I got a call. King Soopers wants to interview me, and they do have a full time position open. I'll be going in tomorrow to talk to the manager. I'm stoked about that.

At the same time, I don't want to get my hopes up too much. Since every other interview I've attempted during the past two months has resulted in a big fat nothing, I can't get expectations going yet. Still, it would be nice to have some kind of steady job for a while to pay the bills and drown my debt while I plot the next course of my life.

So... out of the apartment. And maybe I'll have some kind of job soon. Maybe.
