So today I've been watching my Dogma DVD that I recently purchased. What a great film! I love films that manage to blend comedy, drama, thought provoking stuff, and also blatent silliness into a strange little mix, and make it work. IMO, Dogma does it. Was it perfect? No. A really fun film though.

A pile of deleted stuff that's as high as my desk. You know what the problem is now that I've watched the deleted (portions of) scenes? Now, when I go back to watch the original film, I can't help but think, "Now such-and-such was deleted from this spot, and it would have gone something like [insert 5 lines of dialog] if the deleted version had been used instead." I can't help but wonder what it would feel like as a whole if ALL those scenes were put together. Well, Kevin said the 3 hour plus version didn't move along too well, and I tend to believe him. Still...

Visited the much-plugged (lol) View Askew web site, where much cool content resides. Watched the Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back trailer. Does it have the "Internet Buzz"? lol.

I decided that I would attempt to see if anyone in the local area was interested in a mass gathering this evening to view the much-touted AI film. So far, Jaeger is a very likely candidate. bouncing also expressed interest. Anybody else in this area read Content Solutions? Any stranger off the street who surfs in and happens to be in Colorado is also welcome to join (although recognizing each other might prove slightly difficult). lol.

(Some might speculate that Bitscape's sudden interest in initiating a Saturday night gathering could have something to do with the fact that no more new mythology will be aired. To attempt to deny any such theoretical imaginary speculations would be foolish, so I shall not.)

Alright. I'm off to surf the Mallrats web site and play a little Gameboy. Peace.
