That's gotta rank up there on the random title index. From the prompt, I typed ramble, seached my head a bit in an attempt to think of something good to call this one, leaned back (I like my still-new chair very much, thank you), and the DVD player's LED display caught my eye. It was/is still on, after me rushing to take out the Woodstock disc this morning so I could get it back to the store on time. Hence, my title for tonight.

I will say I'm not sure how long this one should be, since I'm feeling rather inspired to play with Argo's apache tonight. (The jury is still out on whether I'll feel up to fighting the reception in an attempt to watch Voyager tonight. We'll see.)

Presidential race is still undecided. Crazy, that. Well, not really. Anyway...

I feel like I might want to say something in follow up to last night's rambling about Bitscape's career aspirations to find a job as a programmer. Frankly, I'm having trouble thinking of anything further to say at the moment. There's a lot to like about the job I have right now. There's also some stuff that annoys me. It's like that at any job, right?

Lately, the annoyance quotient in the work has gone up. It may go down again for a while. The general trend seems to be that it is on the rise. Maybe that will change. I hope so, but I don't see many encouraging signs. A few, perhaps. Perhaps. Even still, it ain't that bad. And the people I work with are way cool.

Wiffle waffle.

Anyhow, keep eyes open. No sudden moves. And keep thinking about where it is in the world I want to go in the world. Also, go through the exercises in that book. Oh, and...... [fill in the blank with mentor's words], dammit! ;)

Oh, also, I would like to make a correction to last night's posting.

[Bitscape pulls out his pen, scribbles on a piece of paper, crosses out a few words, and continues on.]

There. (That was an old SNL reference, in case anyone is wondering.)

Happy now, oh reader who has been reading this page for a "little while"? Good.

Okay, fine. I'll get to the point. I got an email again today. That "keeping up with the ramblings for a little while" yesterday obviously SHOULD have been enclosed in sarcasm tags. Around the little while part. lol.

AAAALRRIGHTY THEN!

Surf thee thy porn, and play thee thy games.

Elect thee thy presidents, and mock thee thy gods.

Eat thee thy food, and drink thee thy wine.

Stare thee at thy ceiling, and...

What the HELL am I talking about? This rambling is terminated.
