You know you've been sleeping too long when...

You wake up at 1500 with a massive cloud of depression over your head because you've been having the most disturbing sort of nightmares involving death, morbidity, and darkness. Uggh. Snap out of it, Bitscape!
Ever since 0900 this morning, I've been running this pattern of "wake up, pound around for a few minutes, become incredibly sleepy, and then go back down again for 3 more hours." And every time during my brief waking periods, I've tried to read slashdot, only to find it inaccessible. Wierd. Maybe therein lies the source of my nightmarish dreams. ;)
Actually, that's doubtful.
Thinking it might be a good idea to actually get something constructive done before the end of the day. Laundry, clean room, catch up on the financial whirlwind that was left in the wake of other, less REM-state-based dreamland from which I recently emerged ("nightmare" might be a leeetle too strong of a word to use to describe it, but not by much). And of course, it never hurts to obey the bidding of one's mentor before the plotting and scheming begins. ;)
Beyond that..... Oh God, I'm getting sleepy again. Is this cycle about to repeat itself? Noooo! It can't. I need to get something done before this entire day feels like it's disappeared into the void. I know! Music! The perfect solution.
Put a record on
I wanna dance with my baby
and when the music starts
I'm never gonna stop
it's gonna drive me crazy
Music
makes the people come together
Music
makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel come together
There we go. Sleep vibes all gone. :)
