A tiny little protest

Found via one of my mailing lists, here's a way all of us can wage a little act of protest against the credit card companies without much time or effort. Especially pertinent now, in the wake of bankruptcy reform, or just as a general statement against a dishonest and unethical industry.
You know all those annoying credit card solicitation junkmail pieces you get all the time and trash immediately? Well, don't trash them so fast. Take the application form and cut off your name, address, and any bar codes or other identifying numbers. Optionally, write a brief, heartfelt message to the credit card company, such as:
BUSH BANKRUPTS YOU
Then put the application in the POSTAGE-PAID ENVELOPE and pop it in the mail. The credit card company not only receives your message, but they have to pay for it too! Imagine the cost of millions of business-reply envelopes . . . . I don't know about you, but I usually receive two or three of these things every week.

Bitscape, that is an awesome idea. Being on the national "Do Not Mail" list, which supposedly should keep me from getting unsolicited mail, I CONSTANTLY get credit card offers. I'm going to mail every single one back perhaps without the original offer at all. Just a little note.
