Bitscape's Lounge is now (for the time being, anyway), back up at the bitscape.org domain. Hopefully, this will be the case for a while. Hydrogen =~ s/hydrogen/helium/ has been working well enough for long enough that I'm making this my primary site again.

Given a recent conversation with scott, I'm still not sure that H* is going to be acting as a webhost for much longer, but if this site does happen to disappear, ivanova can act as a backup. (Or even argo or illian, since all 3 of them are on comcast now.)

Attentive readers may have noticed that the site looks just slightly different than before. Last month, when I decided to bring the Lounge back up, the "little code tweak or two" I intended to perform snowballed into a nearly complete overhaul of the entire codebase. Hah!

It's still not what I would consider 100% of what I want, but it's damn well close enough. I've been nitting and picking over this code for weeks, always stopping to obsess over minor details. Time to roll with it. I'm pleased with how it turned out.

Now that the site is up again, there's some stuff I've been planning to write. But it's going to wait a bit. Why? I've been up all night coding, and my brain is nearly fried right now.

I'm sure there will also be some more bugs to work out. (I'm counting on my users to alert me to any odd or erronious behaviors they may encounter. Hint hint.)

But for now, I guess we'll just let this thing spin, and see how it goes. The new Bitscape site is in the wild.
