Today, I woke up, splashed my face in the creek, and drove to the polling place, where I touched the screen, and was left to hope and pray that the black box will count my vote correctly. (Note to self: For November, get an absentee ballot, where at least there will be some hard copy record to reflect my decision.)
I noted that all positions other than the U.S. Senate were running uncontested. This worked out ok, because I didn't know about most of them anyway. (In cases where I was completely ignorant of the candidates, I left the boxes unchecked.)
Let this serve as a reminder to Colorado people. I did my part, now you do yours. Get out there and vote for Miles before 7pm tonight! You know you want to. Mike Miles for Senate! For Colorado! For America!
