A few thoughts, and the future

I'm finally getting around to ripping some of the cds I ordered and received just before my road trip. Yesterday, the replacement for the bad one arrived in the mail, sent by one of the friendly people from the company, along with a postage paid envelope to return the defective version. Thankfully, the new copy sounds great in every player I own. A happy resolution after all.
On to the future. The time is fast approaching when it will be time to move out from my parents again. The reasons for this are many, but let's just say that right now, the imperative is twice as high as it was a week ago.
I still don't know how much I'll be able to rely on x13 as an income source in the coming months. My chat with scott a few days ago, in which he gave me some hard figures, helped significantly. Still, there are doubts, some rational, and some not. Then again, how often is anything ever 100%?
So here's my current roadmap. I'm still going to remain in wait-and-see mode until July. I'll stay where I am for that much longer. If things are still looking up by then, I'll set out pronto in search of a new residence. Worse case is that x13 crashes a couple months later, and I have to resort to working fast food to pay rent until my lease is up (or back to King Soopers, where they would likely rehire me if I were available).
This time around, I won't be looking for any amenities. Honestly, a bedroom separate from the living room is more than I really need. A junked up studio would be great if the rent is cheap. I just want a place to throw my stuff, where I can crash and work at my PC, and have broadband. (Ok, I guess that is 1 amenity, but it's kind of necessary for my work right now.)
Next month.
In the mean time, starting tomorrow, I'm going to get back into hauling some serious ass and dig into the work. I don't want a repeart of last week's unproductive streak. This is my moment, and I need to shine.
(It also helps that toward the end of last week, scott outlined some clear priorities, so I know where to focus my attention.)
Now, back to the trails for a few more hours! I love Colorado. Onward.

Bitscape, whenever you get around to transporting yourself from points A1 and A2 to point B, I'll be there to give you a hand (assuming it's not during normal working hours). (You've helped out at, what, two of my moves so far?)
