As of a few minutes ago, I finished my Christmas shopping. Now I've been catching up on web surfing, and email.

For the past two nights, we've been watching The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers. bouncing saw the Fellowship once long ago in the theater, but did not have the privilege of seeing the extended edition. The poor soul had never even seen The Two Towers at all, so last night, he saw it for the first time as the extended cut, so he is unable to compare it to the lesser (but still great) theatrical version.

Now he will be ready for Return of the King, as are my parents. We'll probably be going sometime during the next few days. If the Festing Group also makes an outing next week, that will put my Return of the King count at 3. If any movie deserves to be seen that many times, this is it.
