In keeping with the tradition of the past several years, I am currently baking up a big hot basket of Thanksgiving rolls. Yummmm....

In a slight break from (our family) tradition, my mom decided to be, well, traditional. She is cooking up a real turkey, making much of the fact that it is of the "organic" variety. (A word that seems to hold strong appeal to my mom and many others of her age group.)

Well, back to check the oven to see if the first batch is done. Peace, and happy Thanksgiving to all.
