Bitscape's 523rd Free Time Hypothesis: Regardless of how much free time one actually has, the average amount of time available to do "stuff I've been meaning to get around to" approaches an asymptote of 0.

Crap, it's like I've done absolutely nothing all week.

Well, I did manage to win the Emerald Cup in the Master Class. lol.

Meanwhile, if there were a blog equivilant for the academy awards, riverbend should win one in the documentary category for her compelling ongoing reports about the real meaning of our president's so-called "war on terror".

Jaeger, Yanthor, Linknoid, and I played some Kohan tonight. We lost most of our games against the AI players, but Jaeger, Yanthor, and I won the last one, despite a rough start.

Dagobah has gone back into retirement. Its video card has gone totally screwy, and I don't feel like going to the trouble of procuring another one. Yesterday, I removed the hard drive and 3.5 floppy, which will be transferred to Argo RSN. (Actually, it was Argo's floppy drive to begin with, but since Dagobah's broke down a while back, and Dagobah needed a floppy for booting, I transplanted Argo's. Now Argo will get it back.) Dagobah's hard drive will now be auxilliary storage on Argo (can always use more of that), as well a pseudo-backup of mission critical data. That is, as soon as I get around to shutting Argo down to perform the transplant.

This will also be a good time to switch Illian over to being the router. Since I'll be taking Argo with me for the Big SuperFest Roadtrip next week, Illian will allow my dad to continue multi-PC firewalled net usage as usual in my absence.

Illian to act as the firewall. History just keeps going round, and round, and round.

Now I will wander off to read Jaeger and Yanthor's content.
