Well, there's certainly no shortage of employment opportunities for me this summer. :) I've just been offered a job on the side coding some Perl scripts to interface with MySQL (between this page and my current job, I've gotten plenty of experience with that lately), and the opportunity coding C certainly looks interesting as well. According to current info, that would probably involve a quick trip to San Fransisco for a week or two for training, and then I'd telecommute from home to do the actual work. So, it looks like I'd have two possible jobs where I could work on coding from home. Very cool. :)

Since my machine isn't going to be on this static IP much longer :(, a fester known as Jaeger has kindly offered to let me put Bitscape's Lair at http://bitscape.festing.org, scripts, MySQL stuff, and all. Nothing is over there yet, but in the coming days, I'll work on transferring my content to its new summer home.

That said, I think I'll strap on my portable CD player, step outside, take a fresh breath of the cool night air, take a walk around the neighborhood, and absorb some good rockin tunes.

Source code is like Manure. If you spread it around, things
grow. If you horde it, it just smells bad.
