It's nearly midnight

It's nearly midnight, and I should be going to bed, but I'm feeling in the flow right now, and sleep seems unimaginable. Just got off irc with Bouncing and Jaeger. Jaeger went to bed, and Bouncing abruptly left and said he'd return in a half hour. And now I'm all restless, thanks largely to the gathering which will not be called a fest, and my long sleep afterwards.

Now Neelix is going to bed, and I can hardly blame him. Unlike me, he didn't skip all his classes to sleep. The past 24 hours have got to be my most unproductive in a while. Less than a week until these things called classes, and everything that goes with them, are officially over. I have mixed feelings.

Thinking about the summer, I'm still uncertain as to what I'm going to do. There will likely be a job coding C available, and although details are a bit murky right now, my sources the pay would be an order of magnitude beyond anything I've earned before. Then there's the possibility of Project Pablo, where a bunch of us coders get a place and write code all summer in a pseudo-festing environment. It sounds like fun, although financially uncertain at best. I could likely get a position at the preschool again if all else fails, but I'd rather do something to further my career in the industry. Then there's the question of where will I go to school next fall after that. Uncertainty abounds.

Hmmm. I do seem to be getting a bit tired now. Well, what do ya know. An email regarding the summer job just arrived.

Well, Bouncing's back, and I need to respond to the email, so I think I'll call this good.

Source code is like Manure. If you spread it around, things
grow. If you horde it, it just smells bad.
