The End
You have reached the end of this web page experience.
However, this is but one page in an entire sea of
information available on the world wide web. So,
if you might think your career of marine biology is
over after only dissecting one fish, you are sadly
mistaken. Try some of these others:
-
Madonna web pages!
-
There are many of these around, so rather than
attempting to list them all here, I'll point you
to Yahoo's List. Also, if there's another
topic you want to look for, go ahead and search
Yahoo's whole database.
-
id software
-
The best game designers in the world. Find
out what's up with Quake. Also check out the
Quaketalk Newsletter It's not run by id, but
it's got a lot of great misinformation on what
the new game will have. A warning to Christains
and other concerned souls: they bear The Mark of
The Beast.
-
Microsoft Corp
-
I just thought I'd see if I could win favor with
this corporate giant by placing a free ad for their
page here. They make great software. I'm using
Notepad right now to type this. It is truly a model
of great software engineering at its best. Not!
The thing can't even handle files larger than 32k!
You'd think they would've fixed that definciency
with the release of Windows 95, but noooo! Come on
Bill, get with the program here! We're supposed
to be modernizing computer software, not taking
it back to the ice age! Oh well, so much for that
little temper tantrum. I guess if I ever need an
easy, quick way to edit large text files, I'll just
have to find another product from another company.
Maybe...
-
Linux
-
If, unlike me, you are truly willing to pioneer the
world of operating systems, you will check this
one out. It was put together by a bunch of volunteers
who wanted nothing more than to make the world
of computers and software a better place. Be
prepared to spend large amounts of time setting
up, configuring, and ironing out glitches if you
use it. If you do this, you will have a computer
that will reliably multitask anything with
efficiency. If, on the other hand, you're just
a dumb consumer like myself, you'll buy
Windows 95.
Oh, and if you're really gullible, you'll buy a
Macintosh.
-
Windows 95
and Win95 Magazine
-
I must confess, I got the idea for the design
paradigm used in this web page from
Win95mag.
Even if you don't like Windows 95, check it
out and see if you can tell the similarities
in the way the pages are put together. If you
do use Windows 95, these are both great places
to get all sorts of stuff and solve all sorts
of difficulties.

Compuserve Inc.

Flood 'em with hate mail for what they did to
my brother. No, wait. Don't. Then they'll really
get after us and we'll be in deeper shit. Never
mind. Just let them watch as all their customers
switch to AOL or
another internet
provider. With that in mind, read the following:
-
Cygnus Internet
-
Good service. Good prices. No bullshit. I use
'em, and I'd recommend 'em. [Author's note:
When I went to check out this link again, I couldn't
access it because it uses features not supported
by my browser. I guess I'll have to upgrade... It's
not easy living in the ice age.]
-
American Online
-
I used this service for the trial month they give
to everybody. It's got a lot of great stuff, but
the prices are a little too steep for me. The cost
is actually very reasonable for an online service,
it's just not what I needed. Oh, and if you are
an employee from AOL, tell your bosses they can
stop wasting their money sending me those disks. I've
already got enough useless crap to throw away. I
don't need any more.
-
Pair Networks
-
They are the ones carrying this page. They have by
far the best deal I could find for a web page service
provider, especially if you're a "poor man"
who wants to get Madonna's attention. Can you
image the business they'll start getting if she
mentions me in the national media? Not only will
everybody read this little bit of free advertising
I'm giving them, but I'll be paying through the nose
for all the hits this page is sure to recieve. I'd
better ask my boss for a raise as soon as I find a
job!
-
Netscape
-
Pioneering technology and new standards is what
they're about. Oh yeah, they make a great browser
as well. If you're not using it right now to read
this, you're a total idiot. I guess I must be a
total idiot, cause I use
Internet Explorer.
Netscape isn't even on my hard drive at the
moment. I figured I'd include a free ad to
make up for not getting the best browser around.
-
Texture Land
-
As I said in the acknowledgements, most of the
textures used in this page came from here. It
saved me tons of time, in that I could just
stop in and download several dozen nice looking
backgrounds, and really enhance the look of my
page in just a few minutes! The Color Manipulation
Device was a real time-saver too.
-
PC Magazine
Online
-
A great source for PC info, as the name suggests.
-
Intel
-
A great web site!
-
Epic Megagames
-
I'll have to go back there pretty soon and see if
they've got that Jazz Jackrabbit sequal ready.
-
Beginner's Guide to Html
-
It's what I started learning html with, and I still
go back and look things up there every now and then.
-
The Shit List
-
This is a good one to check out if you're interested
in religion.
-
CNN Interactive
-
This is the place to check for instantaneous news
updates.
-
Microsoft Network
-
Lots of good info here as well.
-
Sandra Bullock Information
-
I couldn't leave out one of my most very favorite
actresses in the whole wide world. Ok. I'll stop
drooling now.
-
Newt Gingrich speeches
-
Come on everybody. Don't listen to the shit the
media throws at him until you've heard what the man
says. Imagine what you'd think of Madonna if the
only things you heard about her came from NBC Nightly
News!
-
NBC
-
Go see what they've got.
-
Electronic Frontier Foundation
-
Fighting for the freedom of speech. That's something
worth fighting for!
-
The Libertarian Party!
-
YES!!! They're my kind of party. I can't join 'em
cause I won't take their pledge. What? You think
they'd try to force me to take it? Think again.
-
Thomas
-
If you like to read long, boring legislation straight
from the horse's mouth, this is the place to go.
-
POV Home page
-
Yet another example of a great bunch of people
working to improve life for everyone. They make
a great raytracer, and they charge nothing for it.
Sometimes I think this whole Internet is a
collectivist's dream, even though I happen to
have a very capitalistic philosophy. Not that
that has anything to do with raytracing.
-
PoVSB Home Page
-
This is a great companion program for PovRay, especially
if you don't like to crunch numbers in your head.
Be aware: Unlike the above program, it's not free.
If you decide it's worth using and keeping, pay
the author his money for making such a great number
cruncher. I guess I'm sort of a hypocrite when I say
that, cause I used the program for a while without
registering. I don't use it anymore, but maybe
I should register anyway. I'll at least think about
it. (Like that's going to make any difference when
it comes to the shareware author's pocketbook.)
-
WebCrawler
-
Yet another extremely easy, efficient way to find
any kind of info on the web.
-
The Bible Gateway
-
A good place to look up scriptures.
-
List of Bibles
-
There's so many Bibles available, I'll just point
you to the list.
-
Church of Satan info
-
Hey, equal time, right? If I put Bibles here, it would
be unfair to omit Satanism. Seriously, I agree with
many of the Satanist philosophies. Before you flame
me for saying things about which you know nothing, at
least read some of their stuff, like the
nine
statements, (So that's why they call them
NINE inch nails)
so you can at least make informed arguments.
-
Hercules
-
This is by far one of the best television shows
on the air today, and it's got an excellent web
page to accompany it.
-
Xena
-
Everything I said above goes for this show as well.
You want a strong woman? There's one in this show.
NO, I'm NOT fantasizing about fictional characters
again. I'm talking about Lucy Lawless, who happens
to be a real person. So there. How's that for
mindless flattery?
-
Dark Side of the Web
-
Wouldn't it be cool if she put a link to my page
in there with all those Satanists and other
wierdos? I think I'd be right at home there.
-
The Internet Public Library
-
Among many other things, they've got a whole bunch of
Shakespeare's works.
-
Dreams
-
Read this before you go to sleep. On a related note,
check out some
Madonna
Dreams people have had. I've actually had some
similar ones. Maybe sometime, I'll share some of
them.
-
SDAnet
-
Find out EVERYTHING about the religion I was raised
with. Hey Madonna, see if you can one-up this: I
am to Adventism what you are to Catholicism. Ha, ha,
ha. I think I'll go flip some more of those
vege-burgers with the Pope.
-
Philosopher's Guide
-
Feast your mind. Here's
another
one.
-
Crappy Site
of the Day Awards!
-
Think I'll win an award? I thought maybe if I included
Crappy's site here, he'd include mine.
-
WebCrawler
-
An easy, fast search engine. I use it often.
-
The American Humanist Association
-
Yet another belief system that I like to consider
partly my own. I can't agree with everything they say,
but they certainly have some good ideas. Check
out their
basic
philosophies.
If you're still here reading this,
Bye bye, baby!

Now that this page is on the web, I'm going to
proceed to add more links whenever I feel like
it.
-
Rocky Mountain Internet Users' Group
-
I just went to one of their meetings. Learned a lot
about how to meet the goals I've got for this monster.
It's gonna be wild... Those four panelists were great,
weren't they? So tell me, is this a business page,
or a personal one? I'm still trying to figure that
out myself!
-
KBPI
-
The home of Dean and Rog. Even since I got deep into
this Madonna obsession, I've been trying to do like
Madonna and figure out who's the misogynist. A pretty
dumb thing to do, actually. Oh well, I'm a fool. Anyway,
you think these guys are misogynists? Maybe Madonna
could tell if she went on their show for a while. Like
that's ever gonna happen... The misogynist witch hunt
continues.
-
Netaholics Anonymous
-
Yeah, this one is definately for me. I admit it.
I'm addicted. And if you've read through
this entire web page, you should definately visit
this recovery group too.
-
alt.sex.bondage FAQ
-
This has a lot of good information about S&M play and
related issues. It's where I learned about the concept.
(Actually, I had been having S&M-like fantasies for years
before, but I didn't believe there was anyone else with
similar dreams until I came upon this document.)
Ironically, it was just a couple days after first
watching Truth or Dare that I discovered the asb faq.
Maybe that's why the whole thing was so intense for me.
Having it all come in at once. Anyway, read it if
you're interested.
