/me reminisces about those days, working in a place where I knew the name of each and every other person who worked there; its 3 lovely little aisles, and the same number of registers; and ahhhh, the ultra-cramped cooler, where backstock boxes of milk up to the ceiling during busy season made it literally impossible to stock anything without moving everything around all the time... yes, those were the days... And Mike. I miss him. The others too. (Note to self: Send that postcard, the year's almost up, dammit!)
But here, The Good Food store has been treating me well. I've been recognizing and appreciating more and more recently what an awesome workplace it is, in so many ways. Today, I did endcap design for the first time since I started here. That really brought back a lot of memories from the good ole Open Harvest times.
I wonder... Has the person you are allegedly being assigned to ask out worked there long? If she's worked there a year or more, I'd almost certainly know her. Interesting how lives connect.
Mmmmm, after many trials which I won't belabor, my new firefox version is finally compiled and ready now. Methinks I'll have to restart the browser and give it a spin...
