Devotion. To people, to tribe, to life.
Self-care. Manifesting health and beauty within and around.
Food. Bringing forth nourishment from the earth.
Shelter. Making spaces that are safe and nurturing to those within.
Expression. Artistic creation, fueled by energies of passion.
Music. Finding rhythm and vibration in the cycles of life. Learning to play a new instrument.
Still, amidst the wild chaos of adventure, I would be.

I've been back in Missoula for several weeks now, yet only just beginning to find myself again. Feeling thankfulness to all who helped me along the way, and those here in Missoula who have been helping me get back on my feet as I recover and process everything that transpired during this adventure.
