Once again, as of 24 hours ago, I find myself in possession of a laptop which can legitimately be called "mine". I also find myself in debt to the credit card gods to the tune of $600, although apparently it will be impossible to pay my bill online until I find a phone and call their "fraud prevention" 1-800 hotline to clear up some sort of issue that has arisen... How ridiculous.
More details may follow, but first I need to get ubuntu beyond demo mode, and onto the hard drive...
