Leaving Missoula, Return Journey

Rain on our last day at Anna's house.

Anna plays with the children in the back yard.

More of the yard.

Anna and Helen, just before we said goodbye.

Tobias parked out front, getting ready to leave.

On our way back through Montana, I wanted to get at least a couple photos of the beautiful mountains.

The camera's memory was almost all full, so there wasn't room for very many.

While we were looking for a place to camp, this deer by the road greeted us and posed for a picture.

The place we found to camp had an old barn on the hillside above it.

Drill Sargent Rain prepares the tent. When she's pitching her tent, best to stay out of the way!

We got the tent up just before darkness fell.

The next morning, just before we left, I took this shot.

... And then, with the camera's memory card full and the battery nearly dead, we drove on and on and on, all day, through the night, and into the morning light until we reached Lincoln. Our roadtrip was complete. By then, we were way too tired to even think about pictures.

The End.
