Dreading the thought of hauling it through yet another move, and not wanting to try to sell it, especially after the minor damage it sustained last December, yet not wanting to just throw it away either, I just freecycled my television. It will, I am told, be given as a birthday present for a 7-year-old boy who loves to play video games. I can't think of a better use for the thing. I felt even better about it after I met the mother who came to claim it this afternoon.
What a liberating feeling!
All in all, another brick chipped away from the wall.
