Proposed Bill Of Amendments to the Constitution
-
Congress shall make no law requiring an
establishment of religion, or the
manditory exercise thereof, or mandating
any act of speech, or of the press; or
obligating the people to assemble, or
requiring them to petition the government
without their consent.
-
A peaceful population being necessary to
maintain the sanity of a free state, the
right of the people to choose to be unarmed
shall not be infringed.
-
The right of the people to allow others
to search their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, shall not be violated; and
no quarantines shall be issued, but
upon probable danger, supported by injury
or disease, and particularly describing the
place or person(s) to be isolated and the nature
of the threat.
-
No person shall be prevented from confessing a
capital, or otherwise infamous, crime, unless
such a confession would result in harm to the
perpetrator of the crime or to any other person;
nor shall any person be prohibited from being a
witness against himself; nor be deprived of life,
liberty, or property, unless such a deprivation,
as determined by an appointed judge, would prevent
the recurrence of a crime.
-
In all criminal prosecutions, the public shall
enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by
an unavoidably biased jury of the world wherein
the crime shall have been committed; and to be
informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;
to allow all witnesses to the crime to testify;
to present any and all evidence supporting and
refuting the accusation; to allow the jury the right
to determine the validity and credibility of all
witnesses and evidence; and to give the jury any
reasonably requested assistance in determining
these matters.
